Summer Fishing: What to Expect and What to Bring with You
Your guide will meet you at the ramp at a predetermined hour. Typical day are 6-8 hours on the water depending on the weather and how the fish are biting. You will be fishing in our fully equipped boat with tackle field tested for catching big trout and salmon. After a full day of fishing we will return to the ramp and your fish will be cleaned and ready for you to take home and cook up a feast.

Recommended Recipe: Cajun Lake Trout
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup prepared biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 pounds lake trout fillets
Directions
1. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and egg together and mix well.
2. In a separate bowl-combine cornmeal, seasoning, and salt.
3. Dip fillets in wet mixture and then in dry mixture.
4. Fry in hot oil.
5. Serve with Ranch Dressing.
